I have watched this video numerous times, and I love it!
You guys are amazing with the youngsters.
I love how you are letting her realize what she’s supposed to be doing instead of striving for perfection immediately.
Great trainers, keep up the good work. :)

thanks for the help did all of this happen in 1 day ?? im going to try gradually doing this with my horse that was amazing

  12. FDHorsetraining says:

She was jumping single and simple long lines before this. You should take as much time is appropriate for your horse as an individual. Which it sound like you are.

    Great Video!!!
But, I have tried this on My Horse….and he just Doesnt Jump…….!

  14. FDHorsetraining says:

    @Jerseyandchico
He may not be ready to do this level.
Stay at one or two jumps or just ground
pole in a row until he gets more comfortable.

good video, im getting a youngster soon whos just been broken in and I want to teach her to jump, so this helps x

  16. FDHorsetraining says:

@stephandpony This exercise is meant for horses that can jump a single or line at least first. So I would work on that before you do this one…

  17. marcieincooke says:

I’m thinking about training to jump so this helps as a notice of what to expect. Thank you so much for posting it. It really helped me.

  18. FDHorsetraining says:

@marcieincooke I’m glad it helped you. Make sure you start with a single pole and progress to a jump before you try this one : )
