Cool, I forgot about that u can speed up other things too in oblivion, thanks!

Unfortunately my PC doesn’t like me running around so fast, which is why there are so many freezes in there. The trick is nice, but actually not all that useful unless there’s no saft travel point near where you want to go. But it does help if you are trying to chase down a travelling NPC, such as the hunter in the dark brotherhood who is always out and about.

      That’s what I call a fast horse.

Where the hell’d u get those spells, man???

    5. JuddMan03 says:

When you do all of the Mages Guild reccomendations, you get access to the Arcane University. Find the spellmaking altar.

Spells can have any effect that you already know. ie. if you want to make a water breathing on other spell, you need to already know some sort of water breathing spell…

for a restore speed spell, you need to already know some other restore attribute spell.

You can choose for most spells whether it effects self, target (long range, but weaker), or touch (close range).

    6. JuddMan03 says:

It might not sound so useful cause you have to know the effect already, but there are a lot of different ways to tweak how they work.

They are usually a little less efficient on magicka than ones you buy though, but some are better.

You can even make a spell to set yourself on fire. How much damage the fire does and how long it lasts is up to you.

I stole a water breathing necklace xD I love stealing lol

    9. Phophenomenon says:

does it matter how much the spell points need to be or time?

    10. Lovlykitten says:

      omg jesus horse!

    11. JuddMan03 says:

Nope, i just used the maximum that i could with my abilities. i think it helps to combine speed and athletics skillups rather than just going for one or the other.

    12. JuddMan03 says:

you can also make two spells that do exactly the same thing, but give them different names. Then cast them one after the other like it shows in the video, and they stack.

I once made Shadowmere way too fast it froze thi game D:

    15. FlipDog44 says:

      Oblivion

    16. Ayoshen says:

Damm the sound of its hooves at hyper speed annoys the crap out of me. Well done, though!

    17. JuddMan03 says:

This one almost freezes it too.

i can never get a spell or an item to get me to walk on water where can i find 1?

    19. JuddMan03 says:

i dont really know, i usually ended up with at least one spell for water walking whenever i played just from normal playing.

I am sure you can find a water walking spell at one of the mages guilds. even if you cant cast the one you buy because its level is too high, you can make a version you can cast once you have it.

where do you get the spell to make them go faster or did you make it?

    21. madatgod3102 says:

You shoul try to close a gate to Oblivion. Yesterday I’ve just won a welkind stone with the effect of walk on the water and damage 25% (or so) when attacking. Another option is to complete the quest in Cyrodiil from “the brotherhood of blood”. In that mission you’ve got to enter to a vampire’s den. I remember that one of those guys had elven boots that allowed me to walk on the water

    22. horsymad100 says:

      what game is this?

    23. JuddMan03 says:

You can make spells at the arcane university after doing all the mages guild quests.

You need to have either fortify attribute of fortify skill.
Then make a spell on touch, and pick fortify attribute -> speed, or fortify skill -> athletics, or use half of both (which is what i did)

You can also make a spell to jump higher. i have one that makes me jump twice my own height. Only lasts 3 seconds but that’s all you need.

    24. angrymobleader says:
