Learning how to tie a horse requires skill and safety. Most people assume it’s safe to tie their horses because they’ve never seen them pull back. Yet whenever a horse pulls back, it can have significant—possibly even deadly—consequences for the horse and anyone who might be nearby. In this two-part video clip, John Lyons—Americas Most Trusted Horseman—explains the principles behind why he teaches horses to give to pressure, then he demonstrates techniques. The main goal is to learn how to tie your horse safely. www.myhorse.com

That horse doesn’t appear very happy in this video.
he looks bored.
and its not suprising considering he’s probly been demonstrating the same simple lessons over and over again so dumb people who think horses are like small dogs can realize that they are NOT…. hes probly much happier when doing real work or training.
it’s normal that even “beta-horses” sometimes flat their ears
Good video thx for sharing

Sure the horse might have done this things many times and knows how to do it but this is only a trainings movie to show exactly how to do it and for this i think it’s good when the horse knows it otherwise it would be harder to see the single steps.
