Today’s featured ParelliTube submission comes from 20-year-old Courtney Trares and Gus. Courtney and Gus reside in Michigan, and Courtney writes: “In 2009 Gus and I were finally able to study at the the Parelli Center in Colorado. We stayed for 8 weeks! It was an amazing learning experience and the highlight of my horsemanship journey thus far. I purchased Gus (Hez Primed) as a yearling stud colt. He had little handling and was every dominant. Fortunately, I had already attended a Parelli tour stop, and I began Level 1 with him. Because of Parelli, Gus and I developed an understanding and he learned to trust and respect me. He has become a confident, curious, and trustworthy partner. Currently, we are studying levels 3 and 4 with a goal of returning to the show ring to compete in all-round pleasure, reining, and jumping competitions in the future. My goal is to become a 3-Star Parelli Professional after I graduate from college with a communication and professional and technical writing degree. How much does it cost to do a clinic with Pat that will really make a huge difference in my horse and my relationship and get me as good as her? I am very interested in going to a clinic- so please let me know
